As soon as someone fills out a form or sends a message, they get a quick, friendly response.
Something like:
“Hey [Name], just saw your message! I’ll be in touch real soon. If you want to check out what we offer in the meantime, here’s a link!”
It feels personal, but I didn’t have to lift a finger.
If they don’t reply right away, here’s what happens:
Each one is short, casual, and sounds like something I’d actually say.
Once it’s set up, I don’t have to think about it again. New leads are taken care of, and I get notified when someone’s ready to chat.
